CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, but please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged 25% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and will be considered as such 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and other clients who are waiting for appointments.
