CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with me. All cancellations or rescheduling of services need to take place at least 24 hours prior to the start of the initial appointment. Due to fail will result in a 10% same day fee. I understand that life happens so appointments are granted a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, your appointment may be reduced, rescheduled or cancelled. No call no show will result in 20% fee charge. No refund unless spoken otherwise.
